Partecipa e lasciati sorprendere dalle tue stesse capacità. Non serve avere già praticato l’acroyoga. Ci adatteremo al livello dei partecipanti e possiamo suddividervi in gruppi per facilitare l’apprendimento.
--Contenuti:
Riscaldamento con giochi e presa di coscienza del proprio corpo. Esplorazione di acroyoga ed equilibri attraverso giochi ed improvvisazione con un focus su lavori di trio acrobatico. Processo creativo per preparare uno spettacolo informale. Rilassamento finale e breve massaggio thai.

Mar è un’appasioanta ballerina, acroyogina e stilista Spagnola. Al momento vive a BArcelloa. Si è inamorata dell’acroyoga quasi 4 anni fa e da allora non ha mai smesso di giocare, volare, fare la base, di esploare e di ballare con altri corpi da tutto il mondo e ovunque nel mondo. --Acroanarchy:
é un progetto nato da Giulia a Lorenzo, giovane duo acrobatico romano. Hanno scoperto l’acroyoga un pomeriggio in salotto e da allora non hanno mai smesso di sperimentare e tentare qualsiasi acrobazia ‘a palla di fuoco’. Da allora hanno avuto la possibilità di trasmettere le loro conoscenze ed insegnare pop, whip, icarian, flows, washing machines e standing acro in varie palestre e scuole di circo a roma e non vedono l’ora di poter volare e far volare anche te!
--Ci siamo conosciuti all’Acroyoga Sur Festival nel Sud della Spagna l’anno scorso. Amiamo tutti l’acroyoga e le acrobazie in piu persone e l’arte dell’improvisazione, quindi venite e divertiamoci insieme

Join and be surprised by your own capabilities. You do not need previous experience. We will adapt the level according to the participants level and can split the group at times to facilitate learning at different levels.

Warm up with games and body awareness. Explorations about Acroyoga and Counterbalances through games and improvisation. Creative process to lead to an informal show. Cool down and short massage in pairs

Mar is a passionate dancer, acroyogui and fashion designer from Spain. Currently living in Barcelona. She fell in love with acroyoga almost four years ago and since then she has not stopped playing, flying, basing, exploring and dancing with other bodies from all around the world wherever she goes. --- About Acroanarchy:
Giulia and Lorenzo are an acrocouple based in Rome, they discoved acroyoga in their living room a few years back and are never afraid of trying anything, to the point that they taught themselves and others pops, whips, flows, washing machines icarians and standing acro. They have now taught in several gyms and circus schools in Rome and can’t wait to share their practice with you.
---- We, Mar, Lorenzo and Giulia, met at the Acroyoga Sur Festival in south of Spain a year ado. We all share the love acroyoga and creativity specially in trio poses. The art of living is to improvise, so lets discover the art of improvising in acro, have fun and get creative together!
